  34.     ░   Epidemic supports a number of sound cards, including the Gravis      ░
  35.         Ultrasound, Sound Blaster, Sound Blaster Pro, Sound Blaster 16,    ░
  36.         AudioTrix Pro, Pro Audio Spectrum, and Pro Audio Spectrum 16.
  37.         Due to the CPU intensive nature of a music disk, we ask that you
  38.         at least use a 386/40 CPU and up to get the most out of our
  39.         production.  If you are using a sound card other than a GUS,
  40.         make sure to choose a reasonable mixing rate for your system. If
  41.         the music slows or goes out of phase, you probably have selected
  42.         a mixing rate too high for your CPU to handle. Disabling stereo
  43.         panning in the setup will also increase the speed of playback on
  44.         stereo cards and allow you to choose a faster mixing rate. Also,
  45.         the PAS/PAS16 drivers have not been thoroughly tested and may not
  46.         work on all systems. If you have a PAS/PAS16 and the player does
  47.         not run on your card, please use the SoundBlaster emulation of
  48.     ·   your card (Sorry!).                                                ·
